Acua Water Park usually opens the week before Easter and closes at the beginning of November. This year, we open on 22 March and close on 10 November.

● From 22 March to 7 April: open daily, from 10:30 to 17:30.
● From 8 April to 26 May: open from 10:30 to 17:30, closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
● From 27 May to 1 September: open daily from 10:00 to 18:00.
● From 2 September to 13 October: open from 10:30 to 17:30, closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
● From 14 October to 10 November: open daily from 10.30 to 17.30.

There are several ways to buy tickets. Most people choose to come straight to our ticket office, but you can also buy tickets on our website here. There you will also find discounts and promotions. Alternatively, you can also buy tickets through one of our many external partners (hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, car rental companies, etc.).
Yes. From 2024, to be sure of being able to enter the park on a specific day, you will need to choose a date for your visit when you buy your tickets.
If you wish to buy a ticket on the day, you can do so in person from our ticket office. Online purchases must be made at least one day before your visit, buy here.
Customers who have bought their tickets through our website will be able to cancel the ticket purchased and receive a code, with the vaue of your purchase, that you would be able to use on your next purchase. You can do this process through the Customer Area. Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.
At Acua Water Park, during the first few hours of the day, we have a second ticket office set up to speed up the admission process. This ticket office gives priority access to customers who use our private transport service and those who have purchased their tickets in advance.
Yes, you can take advantage of our special rate for Canary Islands residents by showing proof of residency (ID card, resident's certificate, etc.) at our ticket office. Check our prices for Canary Island residents here.
Children under 12 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. From the age of 12 and up to 16, minors may enter the park unaccompanied by an adult as long as they bring the ‘Authorisation for minors to enter the park’ document signed by the child's father, mother or guardian and a photocopy of the identity card of the person signing it. The park is suitably adapted to receive people with disabilities. People with disabilities have priority access to the park during the early hours of the day, during which time we have a second ticket office to speed up the admission process. This ticket office also prioritises access for people with disabilities.
In addition to priority access to the park, people with disabilities will also be issued with an identification bracelet at the ticket office, which will give them priority use of the park’s attractions.
For people with reduced mobility, we have an amphibious chair available in our Wave Pool, which is fully accessible due to its gradually increasing depth.
Some of the park's attractions require the use of a float. For all such attractions, we provide visitors with a range of floats free of charge. If you would like to avoid queuing for a float, you can rent one for your exclusive personal use throughout your visit. Single or double floats can be rented for €5.00, with an additional deposit required of €5.00, which will be refunded once the float has been returned to the corresponding point of sale.
With regard to lockers, a limited number of lockers are available for park visitors to securely store their belongings. Lockers can be rented for €5.00 each, with an additional deposit required of €5.00, which will be refunded once the key has been returned to the corresponding point of sale.
We also provide swim vests for the safety of our smallest visitors. A swim vest can be rented for €5.00, with an additional deposit required of €5.00, which will be refunded once the swim vest has been returned to the corresponding point of sale.
Access with food and drink is not permitted, but we have three food and drink outlets offering a wide range of products. In any case, you are free to leave and re-enter the park as many times as you like, provided that you keep the wristband issued to you at the entrance.
There is a minimum height requirement of 1.20 m to use the attractions. However, for those people who do not meet this requirement, there are other pools, activities and attractions available (family or infants’ attractions).
For some attractions, there is a maximum weight limit of 120 kg. You can consult the rules for our attractions here.
We have a wide variety of swimming pools, each one with specific characteristics according to its use. Generally speaking, plunge pools at the bottom of slides have an average depth of 1.4 m to comply with safety regulations (UNE-EN1069), while other pools, such as the activity pool, have a depth of 3 m.
We have three places to buy food and drink on site:
● Acua Wave Restaurant: This is the main food and drink outlet, where we offer a wide range of food at the best prices. We also offer dishes for coeliacs.
● Pool Bar: Food and drink can also be purchased here. It is located in the middle of the park and sells a range of fast food and cold drinks.
● Snack Splash:: During the summer, we open the kiosk, where you can buy drinks and snacks.

Acua Water Park has an entertainment service which offers various activities for both children and adults throughout the day to make sure that all members of the family leave with a smile on their faces.
The park has an exclusive area for the little ones (aged between 5 and 12), our Kids Club, where children will be safe while their parents take a break and enjoy our facilities. Children are free to take part in various activities and games under the supervision of our staff. Please check out the Kids Club activity timetable when you arrive at the park.
